WSHO LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") regarding the handling of personal information of users in the keyboard sound customization app "Typesound" and related services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Service") provided by the Company.
Please read this Policy carefully before using the Service. By installing or using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to the contents of this Policy.

- Inquiry content, feedback regarding the Service
Payment and Billing Information
- Purchase status of subscriptions, etc.
- Billing date/time, amount, type of store/payment method used
- Transaction ID, billing status related to payments
- Payment-related information provided to the Company by payment providers (App Store, Stripe, etc.)
*Sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers is managed by payment providers such as Apple and Stripe. The Company does not directly obtain or store such information.
Article 2-2 (Information We Do Not Collect)
Although this Service is an application that customizes keyboard sounds, we do not collect the following information under any circumstances:
- Content of keystrokes (typed characters, passwords, messages, etc.)
- Typing patterns or input speed
- Content entered in other applications
This Service provides functionality to detect key presses and play sounds, but it does not record, transmit, or store the actual content of your input.
Article 3 (Purpose of Use)
The Company uses the collected information for the following purposes:
- (1)To provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- (2)For user authentication and session management
- (3)For billing of subscriptions, confirmation of payment status, and prevention of fraudulent use
- (4)For analysis to improve the Service, develop new features, and enhance convenience

Article 4 (Disclosure to Third Parties)
The Company will not provide users' personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

Information processed into a format that cannot identify individuals, such as statistically processed information, may be provided to third parties.
Article 5 (Outsourcing)
The Company may outsource part of its operations such as service operation, analysis, inquiry response, system maintenance, and payment processing to third parties. In such cases, the Company will select subcontractors who handle personal information appropriately, enter into necessary and appropriate contracts, and appropriately supervise the subcontractors.
Article 6 (International Data Transfer)
Servers, cloud services, analytics services, payment services (such as Stripe), etc. used by the Company may be operated by businesses located outside Japan. In such cases, user information may be transferred to the country where such business is located and handled in accordance with the laws of that country. Information subject to legal retention requirements will be retained for the period specified by applicable laws.
Please note that anonymized statistical data that cannot identify individuals may be retained after account deletion.

When users under 18 years of age use the Service, they shall do so with the consent of their legal representative such as a guardian. Use by users under 18 is deemed to be done under the responsibility of their legal representative.

When a user requests disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of third-party provision (hereinafter referred to as "Disclosure, etc.") of their personal information held by the Company, the Company will respond within a reasonable scope in accordance with applicable laws.

If users use the Service after the changes to this Policy, they are deemed to have agreed to the revised Policy.
